YOUTH MINISTRY
Youth ministry plays a pivotal role in nurturing the spiritual growth of young people. It's about helping them develop a personal relationship with Jesus and providing biblical guidance.
On a spiritual level we can only come to know ourselves through God’s eyes, through discovering and experiencing how much we matter to God. As the Scripture says, "We are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalms 139:14) and we are precious in His sight."
Our children’s self—worth must come from their knowledge of who Jesus is and from the assurance of His love and care.
Research has shown that high self—esteem helps children adapt to and succeed in a variety of life domains, including having more satisfying relationships, performing better at school, enjoying improved mental and physical health, and refraining from antisocial behavior.
