CHURCH ANNIVERSARY
Our 81st Church Anniversary went off without a hitch, and we couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who came together to make it such a success.
We were blessed on Thursday and Friday by guest speakers Rev. Cedric Cooper of Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church and Rev. Dr. Richard Douglass of Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Then on Sunday, we heard a Word from Rev. Dr. Lemuel Mobley of Living Stone Baptist Church in Brooklyn, NY.
Each service was a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness and His continued presence throughout our church’s history. From the powerful messages to the joyful worship and fellowship, every moment of the celebration was truly special. We are grateful for our visiting pastors, their churches, and everyone who traveled near and far to celebrate this milestone with us.
Reaching 81 years is a tremendous blessing, and we recognize that we stand today on the foundation laid by those who came before us. With only four senior pastors throughout our 81-year history, Antioch’s story is one of faith, commitment, leadership, and perseverance. As we reflect on our past and celebrate all that God has done, we look forward with great expectation to all that He has in store for our future. Here’s to 81 years of God’s grace—and to many more years of ministry, fellowship, and service!

See how we got down!
We decided to switch things up a little this year by encouraging everyone to wear their favorite color to our Homecoming Service on Sunday, find someone wearing the same color during Fellowship, and snap a photo with them. Antioch did not disappoint! We got so many photos, we had to break them up into two separate videos!
The capstone of our Anniversary Celebration was our honoree. Rather than singling out one person, we honored ourselves. The church is not simply the building. WE are the church and we honor every single member, past and present, who has helped make this church what it is today.

We honor Pastor Wilson, Pastor Cotton, and Pastor Carter for the foundation they faithfully laid, and we thank God for Pastor Cherry as he continues to lead us into the future.
